The Her Frontier Build Lab

What are you still working around?

Tell me the problem that keeps taking your time, getting in your way, or making you wish a better tool existed. If I can solve it well, I will build a small working proof for you to try on your real work, and you decide whether it is useful enough to keep.

Pilot requests are open. I choose a small number where a focused build can make a real difference.

See the value first

A working proof before we talk about terms.

I build the first working version before we agree a price or arrangement. You try it against the problem you brought me and see what it can do. If you want to keep using it, I give you the available options and we agree the terms then.

You only pay after you have seen the proof and chosen to continue.

01

Tell me the problem

Describe what is slow, awkward or missing in the words you already use.

02

I choose the proof

I work out the smallest useful build that can show whether the idea holds up.

03

I build it

You receive the working proof and try it against the job it needs to handle.

04

We agree the terms

If you want to keep it, you choose from the options I give you and we agree what happens next.

Lowest cost

Proof

You receive a lasting licence. I keep the underlying build and may turn the general method into something others can use.

Agreed price

Standard

You receive a lasting licence at a price we agree. I keep and may reuse the underlying engine.

Own it

Buyout

You pay a premium price and own the new build once payment and handover are complete.

The open build library

Use what is already here.

Each build began with a real question or problem. Some help you see your own position, some give you a practical tool, and some are here because curiosity deserves somewhere to go.

How I build

You see the working proof before you make a commercial decision.

You bring me the problem, and I carry the risk of building the proof.

You test the working version before we agree a price or arrangement.

If you continue, the agreed terms say what belongs to you and what I may reuse.

Anything shared more widely is stripped of your data, brand and confidential detail.

There may already be a small build hiding inside your problem.

You do not need to know what the software should be. Tell me what keeps happening, what you do now and what a useful result would change.
